Shipping rates
We currently ship within the United States.
- Orders under $50: $4.99 standard shipping
- Orders of $50 or more: Free standard shipping
The free-shipping threshold is calculated at checkout after discounts are applied.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated delivery
Standard delivery is estimated to take 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Multiple packages
Orders containing multiple flasks may occasionally arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
Lost, damaged, or delayed orders
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check around the delivery area and contact the shipping carrier first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at thedogflask@outlook.com If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with the revised timeframe and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
