30-Day Return and Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return:

The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The flask must be returned clean and with all included parts.
The product must not be damaged through misuse, neglect, alteration, or excessive wear.
You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Reasonable use of the product does not automatically disqualify it from our 30-day guarantee.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted. Do not return an item to the address shown on the original package.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns, including changing your mind or ordering the wrong color.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of resolving the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, or prepaid return label.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include clear photographs or video showing the issue and the shipping packaging.

We will review the claim and make it right with an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting an approved return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to contact us for return approval and place a new order after the return is accepted.

Order cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We will cancel and fully refund the order if it has not entered processing. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process above.

Shipping delays and undeliverable orders

If we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
